No. Anyone can browse FortiMart and search FORTI-verified businesses by industry and location — free, and without signing in. You only need an account to be listed as a seller, to post a buying requirement, or to see a seller's private contact details.

Listings come from FORTI's member register. If your business is already a FORTI member it may already be on FortiMart, waiting to be claimed (see "How do I claim my listing?"). If you are not yet a member, register your interest through "Become a FORTI member" and FORTI will review your enquiry. Membership is handled entirely by FORTI — there is no payment on this website.

No — and that is deliberate. FortiMart never collects membership payments. You register your interest here, and FORTI collects any dues directly, off the platform, by its own means. Anyone asking you to pay for FORTI membership through this website is mistaken.

Search for your business under "Claim your listing" and select it. We send a one-time code to the email FORTI already has on file for that business — you don't type the address in, so only someone with access to that inbox can claim the listing. Enter the code and it's yours: you can then manage your products, contact details and what's shown publicly. If you want the verified badge on your listing, upload your GST certificate from your profile afterwards — that's the evidence FORTI reviews to add the badge, not a requirement to claim. You can claim and run your listing without it; you simply won't carry the badge until the document is reviewed.

Private contact details are shown to signed-in FORTI members. A signed-in registered buyer can see a seller's email address to get in touch; a visitor who is not signed in sees the business and what it offers, but not its private contact details. This keeps members' numbers from being scraped off a public page.

Register free as a buyer and post what you need. FORTI members who sell it and serve your area see your requirement, and the ones who want your business reach out to you — so you don't chase numbers down a list. You can post a requirement from your buyer dashboard once you've registered.

For anything about FORTI membership — joining, your status, dues — use "Become a FORTI member" / "Register your interest", which reaches FORTI's membership team. For a problem with the website itself (signing in, claiming, a listing that looks wrong), use the "Need help?" button on any page; that reaches the FortiMart support desk. Keeping the two separate means your question reaches the people who can actually answer it.

You can add and edit your products — with photos, and search keywords so buyers find you by the words they actually use — choose which contact details and profile fields are public, see buying requirements from buyers who need what you sell, and add colleagues who help run your listing.
